Shalom! The most blessed nation on earth is Israel. This tiny nation in the Middle East is the most important piece in the prophetic time clock of God for this world. Millenia ago, Israel was chosen by God to be a beacon to the world, the carrier of His Oracles, the writer of His Book, the nation where He would dwell among us, as any other human being, to teach us the correct way to live and to be sacrificed for all our sins. Israel is the battleground where He would hold the most crucial battles between Himself and His arch-enemy, Satan. The nation of Israel and her history are a blessing to any person who has a heart for God. It is also a stumbling block to all His enemies; a stumbling block on which all eventually will trip and fall. Only God knows in what other ways is Israel the most special nation in the whole batch of nations. At any rate, the Jewish nation is the apple of the eye of the Creator of all Things.
If you think that I am Jewish in my flesh, you are wrong. I was born a Gentile and when I received Jesus Christ in my heart 48 years ago (when I was 5) I became a Jew by Faith, just like our Father Abraham, who, being a Gentile from Sumeria, became the first Jew by trusting God. The resultant change of nationality was reflected in his flesh by circumcision. Just as any other real Christian, I was grafted into the glorious Olive trunk of the Jewish nation and became a spiritual Israelite by the circumcision of my heart, performed by the Holy Spirit of the Eternal High Priest of the Temple of God in Heaven.
If you are a real Christian, you will love Israel in hope and pain, with desperation and tenderness, because from that Land and from that Nation our Salvation came. Jerusalem is the repository of all witness of God's love for us. He loves us in hope and pain, with desperation and tenderness too. He loved us there, like that, 2000 years ago. Now, He loves us like that from the inner parts of our own spirits, where He has erected His new Temple, not made by human hands. It is from inside of that Holy spiritual Temple that our love for Israel flows out unstoppably. It is Him loving His nation through us, as always, through thick and thin. Despite of ...
For centuries, billions of false Christians have hated Israel on their way to Hell. The hatred of the despicable acts they performed against the Jews demonstrated the Evil that was nested in their hearts. Such Evil cannot coexist with the presence of the Living God of Love in the human heart. The presence of such Evil is proof enough that the Spirit of the Lord is not present there. And as the Apostle Paul said in Romans 8:9“if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, he is not His” Therefore they are not Christians, real Christians. They are fakes, look alikes, really pitiful wannabes.
These oximoronic people, have been -again for centuries- favorite tools of their father Satan in the consecution of his futile plan with their unjustifiable Anti-Semitism.
They have always said that the Jews killed Jesus, so they demanded revenge. Revenge? Revenge is not part of real Christians vocabulary. If they had been Christians in reality, the Holy Spirit of God would had extirpated such satanic intentions from their hearts, most of all against His beloved people!
On the other hand, if we were going to punish anyone for the death of Christ, then we would have to punish ourselves, because we all are -literally- the murderers of the King of Heaven. It was not the nails that killed him. It was our sins! He laid down his life for us, so that we could walk out of the eternal debt in which we had incurred with His Father because of our sins. It was not either the Jews who killed Him when they gave Him away to Pilate and his pack of soldiers to be crucified, neither the Romans who actually put him to death phisically speaking. It was I who killed Him! I killed Him with my sins ... and you! ... and everybody else who would ever live on this planet. Don't you see it? If only one of us, humans, had been the only sinner in the world, still -because of His personal Love for each of us- He would have come to be sacrificed on our behalf and liberate us from a sure Eternal Death and Give us a sure Eternal Life, by providing the means to pay such phenomenal debt.
I do not love the Jews in the flesh because they are a perfect people. Of course they are not. Nobody is. Every ethnia, every race, avery nation has their own shortcomings and sins, and everybody is to be loved despite of them. We love with real Christian Love because we have the experience of having been Eternally and Unconditionsally Loved before by the Father of Glory. We love Israel and everyone else by Grace, just as God has Loved us before. And Grace is the favor that we receive from Him DESPITE, and in place of, the punishment that we surely deserve. Real Christians understand that; fake Christians don't.
I would like to clarify that spiritual Love is not that sappy religious sentiment that we are supposed to feel for our enemies, according to the exposition of some theological gurus. No. God never asks for the impossible. He knows we do not have a switch to control our feelings. What is Christian Love then? It is a conscious decision to meet the needs of other people, whether they are our friends or not ... even our own enemies. Think about it, it is impossible to feel any drippy emotion for the person who raped your baby, killed your mother, stole your retirement funds, took away your freedom or is a terrorist; but it is perfectly possible to feed them if they are hungry or give them water if they are thirsty. Spiritual Love is a matter of action, not of emotions. You can perfectly love the person you do not like. You do not have to like him, just help him. So, even if you do not like the Jews, you still can, and should, love them. Even if you do not like arid countries, you can love Israel, help her in your prayers, with your money ... even with your weapons when necessary, if it is possible. After all, real Christians are honest people with priorities. So, if you see me ranting against the Muslim Palestinian terrorists, it is not because of hatred against them, it is because of Love for my spiritual nation of Israel. If I could, I would sincerely help any Muslim Palestinian in their real personal needs, but I would also kill them, face to face, in the battleground when they attack Israel, just as I would fight any enemy that would attack my homecountry, America. Of course, real Christians, and God, understand that too.
God predicted through the ancient prophets of his nation that they would be almost destroyed and scattered around throughout the nations of the world. They woulkd endure hardships and duress and then would return to the glorious hills of the Holy Land on the geographical area known as Palestine.
All those ancient prophecies have been fulfilled against all odds, one by one. A few more are yet to be accomplished, and they will; and then, the King of Glory will appear in times of great agony and despair to redeem his people, his nation and to reign over the entire world from the throne of King David in Jerusalem.
Everyday events take place in Israel that fulfill or prepare the right scenario for the last grand act of Supreme Victory of the Lord over Satan and all his enemies. The Final Victory will occur in front of our very own eyes. Therefore, be alert. Be informed. Be prepared. Raise your head and know that our Redemption is really near.
